Is there a front desk?
No, there is no front desk… not in the “brick and mortar” sense of a front desk, but we do have a very attentive team of individuals monitoring your arrival, your stay, and your departure. If you need us just send us a text message, give us a call, or send us an email. We prefer that you call us between the hours of 8am and 5pm; however, if you are having an urgent issue, we can be reached after hours by calling our main number and utilizing the on-call manager line.
What services do you offer?
If you would like to have your kitchen stocked with a few of your favorite things before arrival or during your stay, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Requesting Groceries" in the subject line and the name on your reservation. Give us your shopping list 24 hours in advance of expected delivery. We will deliver your items during your stay as requested. The receipt will be added to your hotel bill along with a $25 service fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to purchase alcohol on your behalf.
Dry Cleaning is available through our partners at: doorstepdrycleaning.com. Simply download their app to your phone and schedule a pick-up. They offer after-hours pick-up and delivery right to your hotel room door.
Our highly trained and experienced housekeeping team will service your room daily and take care of any special requests you may have. Housekeeping is available from 8am to 5pm. If you choose not to use these services simply place your "Do not Disturb” sign on the outside of your door and we will respect your privacy.
Our hotel coordinators will send you a daily text message informing you of the weather along with providing you some restaurant recommendations and “things to do” in town that day. This is a two-way communication and if you have questions or need something you are welcome to respond back to our dedicated team through this platform.
If you need to store luggage prior to checking-in simply call us on your way to the hotel from the airport and we will make arrangements with you directly. The same thing goes for checking out. Check with our hotel coordinators on the day of departure if you need to request a late checkout or need to store luggage while you are out around town. We will handle those requests directly.
How do I book my reservation?
Book direct HERE! You will need to provide your email address and the mobile number of the phone you will be carrying with you to Nashville, as these will be used to check you into your suite and provide your unique door code.
How do I check in?
We don’t have a front desk, or 24-hour onsite staff, so you will need to follow the instructions below:
On your arrival day at 10:45am (CST), you will be sent an email prompting you through the check-in process. Once you have completed your mobile check-in you will receive a second email as soon as your room is ready from housekeeping with your room number and door access codes. It's really that simple.
Our check-in time is 4pm, however, our system is designed to check you in at the earliest available time once your mobile check-in has been completed, which could be anytime between 12:30pm and 4pm.
If you arrive late at night, no problem, simply complete your mobile check-in early in the day, as described above and our system will automatically check you in by 4pm. You will receive your second email with your room number and access codes well ahead of your actual arrival time.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We kindly ask that you cancel with at least a 7-day notice in advance of your arrival. You can do so by emailing us at email@example.com. A cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax will be applied to all reservations canceling within the 7-day window. If you have booked your reservation through a third party our same cancellation policy applies, however, you will need to cancel your reservation through the third party booking site (such as Booking.com or Expedia).
What is your parking policy?
Parking is free, but limited. You'll be provided with one parking pass in your suite to be placed on your dashboard. Please note that parking is “first come, first serve” and not guaranteed. Additional paid parking can be found nearby and within walking distance of the hotel.
**Things are happening! As of January 1, 2019 — Due to exciting property enhancements, complimentary overnight parking will be very limited. We encourage you to take advantage of ride-share programs whenever possible. Should you need to drive, off-site garage parking is available.
